Any problems with your order should be reported directly to Design for Less... All claims must be made within 15 days from when the material is received. Pebbles and mosaic are products of nature and no two pieces are exactly alike. You and your installer must thoroughly inspect all materials prior to installation and prepare any blending required to meet the customer’s approval. Absolutely no claims will be accepted after the product is installed. All tiles are sold subject to variation in color, shade and stone size. No warranties and representations other than those set forth in this statement, whether expressed or implied in law, are made, and in lieu of such warranties and representations, the sole property of Design for Less as set forth herein.
